Outreach Message

Your outreach message is the message that will be sent to your leads. This message is your initial point of contact & will determine whether you get a response or not.

The only goal of your outreach message should be to get a reply. You do not want to sell in the outreach message.

Follow-up Message

A follow-up message is sent in case a user does NOT reply to your initial outreach message. You can setup follow-up messages to go out between 1-7 days after your outreach message.

The goal of this message is simply to bring your DM back to the top of the users requests inbox.

The follow-up message counts towards the limit of 50 DMs a day. Some users will not allow you to message them again without accepting your request. In those cases, we skip the message and move on to another user.

Variables

You have access to the {firstname} and {username} variables which you can use in both your outreach & follow-up messages.

The {firstname} variable is identified by AI.

The Firstname fallback value is used if no first name is found on the account. For example, if we don’t find their name, we can say “friend” or “there” instead or leave this empty to skip first name if none can be found.
